The
R.E. Fraley Company, Inc. was
formed as the Pete Winkler Company, by Robert E. "Bob"
Fraley and Irving T. "Pete" Winkler, on January 14, 1976. In 1979 Pete
Winkler retired and sold his stock to Bob Fraley, who changed the
name to the R.E. Fraley Company, Inc. We are proud to say that we have operated in the same market
under the same management for the last 30 years.
From
the beginning the Fraley Company specialized in heavy industrial
construction, serving the auto vender market in the Detroit
Metropolitan Area. We
currently supply all of the architectural and construction needs for
several tier one auto venders. Over
the years we have branched out, developing shopping centers, office
buildings and commercial facilities.
Although our first love, heavy industrial, continues to be
the majority of our work.
In
the mid 90's,
we began to provide pre-engineered construction alternates
to our design lineup. Since
then, we have designed and constructed numerous pre-engineered
buildings, totaling several hundred thousand square feet. Pre-engineered construction is becoming very popular for its
ability to enclose large areas with long clear spans, at an
economical price.
As
we enter our second 30 years in business, our goal is to continue to
service the commercial and industrial vender market in the Detroit
Metropolitan Area, with quality buildings and building expansions.
We feel that our experience in our market is second
to none - and our customers agree. In the past 30 years, we have
never lost a customer and we work very hard, everyday, to keep
it that way.
